Customer Responsibility

Please review all personalization details carefully before placing your order. This includes spelling, initials, names, dates, colors, sizing, fonts, engraving, and any other custom selections.

Processing Time

Personalized items are typically processed within 3-5 business days. Processing time does not include shipping transit time.

Changes and Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of being placed. Personalized or custom orders cannot be canceled or changed once production or preparation has begun.

Final Sale

Personalized and custom items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, or include an error caused by Ciao Bijoux.

Natural Variations

Small variations in color, finish, placement, engraving depth, or appearance may occur due to screen settings, photography, materials, and the nature of personalized production. These variations are not considered defects.

If your personalized item arrives with an error caused by Ciao Bijoux, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will review the issue and make it right when appropriate.
