Most in-stock and personalized orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Shipping time is

additional and depends on the shipping method and destination.

Do you offer free shipping?

Ciao Bijoux does not currently offer free shipping unless a specific promotion is clearly stated at

checkout or on the website.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship internationally to select destinations. International customers are responsible for any

customs duties, taxes, import fees, or related charges required by their country.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of being placed. Personalized orders cannot be canceled

once production or preparation has begun.

Can I return my order?

Eligible non-personalized items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are unused,

unworn, and in original condition. Personalized and custom items are final sale unless damaged,

defective, or incorrect.

Who pays for return shipping?

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, incorrect,or the return is due to an error by Ciao Bijoux.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will review

the issue and make it right when appropriate.

Do you offer a warranty?

We offer a 30-Day Quality Guarantee for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. We do

not offer a lifetime or extended warranty.

Are personalized items returnable?

Personalized and custom items are final sale unless they arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, or

include an error caused by Ciao Bijoux.

How should I care for my jewelry?

Avoid water, perfume, lotions, sweat, chlorine, and harsh chemicals. Store jewelry in a dry place and

gently wipe it with a soft cloth after wearing.
